Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days (Excluding weekends and bank holidays) however this may be extended during busy periods.
Orders are all sent via Evri (the new hermes) and are fully tracked to ensure a prompt and safe delivery.
The open box feature will let you make an order as normal which is then reserved and added to a box for you to build up as much as you like over a period of time.
This means you do not have to pay multiple postage fees and can reserved pay for your items as they become available but only pay one postage fee at the end, when all your items are sent to you. Hopefully, this feature will save you money in the long run and let you purchase items before they go out of stock. After a 3 week period you will be prompted to close your box. This helps to prevent anyone from forgetting about their open box.
To use this feature please add the items you wish to purchase to your basket and checkout using postage option OPEN BOX . Once you are ready for all your items to be shipped please check out your last item and select postage option CLOSE BOX.
All items will be placed into your open box as you order them. Therefore, please note that limited edition items (including seasonal ranges) are non-refundable when placed into an open box.
Use this option when you are ready to have all of your open box orders sent out in one parcel.
Your orders will then be delivered all in one convenient parcel using our standard delivery service.
